Finding Your Best Self
Are You Tired of Settling for Less?
There’s So Much More to Life
For a lot of people, the idea of living your best life is a fantasy. The hopes, goals, and dreams they once had have become distant memories as they’ve settled for far less than they wanted. Several years ago, I realized I was one of these people.
It was New Year’s Eve. I stepped back from the crowd of partygoers and was hit with a reality I had been avoiding, this wasn’t the life I wanted to live. Sure, I had great friends and a good job, but I wouldn’t have described my life as anything special, nothing fulfilling or exciting or meaningful. It was a routine, a comfortable, never-changing routine. And I wanted out.
I decided that night that things had to change. Through a process of self-discovery, trial and error, and incredible coaching, I unlocked a version of myself that I knew was inside, but never knew how to access. When I did, things were never the same. Step by step I built the life I once imagined, a life full of adventure and excitement and joy. I became the best version of myself and dedicated the rest of my life to showing others how it was done.
A Life Changing Solution
I was living a miserable, mundane life of 9-5 work, in order to pay bills, buy groceries and take care of my family. I felt like a robot that was programmed to perform the same routine day after day, year after year. When the financial crash of the early 2000s came, it hit me like a ton of bricks. Though I had a career, I still ended up-side-down in a new home that I eventually lost. My marriage was on the brink of separation, and our finances were in shambles. I then had an epiphany. I was living an impoverished life. I never took time to design the life I wanted; I was just living the life I had. And now, it was no longer good enough.
From that moment, I committed to improving my life, not just for me, but for my wife and children.
I became a student of life. I studied the Life Leadership Paragon, which enabled me to take in introspective look within and identify those deeply seated issues that became the framework of how I lived my life. During my studies, I found the best version of myself. My perceptions and outlook dramatically changed for the better. My marriage healed, my family bonds became stronger, and our finances increased. Years later, I went on to become a certified life coach, and attained several other credentials that focus on the human dimension. Empowered with knowledge and insight from my years of experience and learning, I developed an 8-week resilience and mindfulness program that allows me to share my recipe to help you find the best version of yourself and start living your best life as a result. It would be an honor to share my recipe with you.
